Last year,  due to a failed drainfield, it became.necessary for my family and I to rent a port a potty. Twelve months later, our drain field was finally installed. Their were five of us using that port a potty for a year. I had chosen Superior Restrooms to be our provider. They had some of the best reviews. They are still privately owned. Also ,they are veteran owned. Their service for us was impeccable!. They supplied toilet paper, purell   and a weekly cleaning for a very reasonable  rate.  I could not be more pleased with choosing them.  Oh   and when it froze outside , they put something down so we would not slip. It was the next best thing to using our indoor toilet. Hosted a 30 person camping trip on my mother-in-laws property this weekend! The porta potty was a huge hit & everyone appreciated having it so we wouldn’t be going in and out of her small house. 4 stars because some of the communication could use work! When I ordered the porta potty over the phone, I specifically requested the solar powered light & was told my quote had the light included. Paid and didn’t even think to look over the invoice. Night one with the potty we realize the location was VERY dark, I confidently went over, bragging about how I ordered the light to find there was 𝔫𝔬 light! I then checked my invoice and saw I never got charged for the light. No, biggie I should’ve looked at the invoice before the weekend. I sent an email to them requesting if they could bring the light the following day, still 𝔫𝔬 response Another communication issue is that I was told that they don’t pick up Saturday / Sunday that the potty would be picked up Monday! So that’s what I communicated to my campers. The potty got picked up Sunday around noon, which left some of the campers having to go into my mother-in-laws house for the remainder of the camping trip. Otherwise great service! Will probably be using them again for future camping trips & will just double check all communications. Zeke did the drop off and he was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He did say he was coming out Monday so hopefully he didn’t waste his time going to get something that wasn’t there!

Had a wedding scheduled for oct 2026, they put aside two bathrooms that they only give to nicer venues so they don’t go to construction sites, paid in full in April of that same year, super helpful and pleasant to speak with. I did an addition to my home and had a porta-pottie on site for the construction crew. The unit was serviced on time every week and was always left exceptionally clean. The rental price was great as well! I would definitely use Superior in the future if I were to need their service.

Superior has been amazing to work with! We have 4 restrooms with weekly service for our events venue. We consistently get great feedback about how clean the porta potties are. This makes such a difference. Highly recommend!!!
